INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
MrQuintessential will insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (if it’s a gift for instance) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by MrQuintessential, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm GMT Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on a UK bank holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

The customer is responsible for any import or duty fees/taxes imposed for shipping to a country outside the United Kingdom. It is recommended prior to placing your order to contact the customs authority in the country the items are being shipped to determine the actual import or duty fees/taxes. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that maybe caused by customs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return any goods you are not fully happy with to us, provided they are in original resalable condition and you give us notice within 14 working days of receipt.

Once an item is returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. This will be paid back to the card that original payment was made with.
You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. Cancelled orders should be returned along with a completed returns form to: “Returned Items”, Mr.Quintessential Ltd, Oaklands, Milespit Hill, Mill Hill, London, NW7 2RZ. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your order back. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Items should be returned unused and with all MrQuintessential tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If you want an item of higher or lower value, extra charges will be incurred, or a refund for the difference will be given.
